All cancellations & refunds will be processed as per the below policy.

  1. If for any purpose you wish to amend or cancel your order, you can do so by calling us on +92 333 450 3075 or by sending us an email at [email protected]. Please give 72 hours’ notice before the requested delivery date.

We feel sorry that you may not be able to cancel or modify an order for:

  1. Fresh goods once your order has been dispatched; or
  2. Custom-made goods if, at the time you seek to cancel, the customization procedure has begun.
  3. Orders in the peak time of events can be processed four days earlier to dispatch.
  4. Once the order has been placed successfully on our website and payment has been made or deducted.
  5. Delivery charges vary from city to city and are subject to change. For other cities’ delivery, please confirm charges before placing an order via our official WhatsApp or by clicking online chat support.

Once we have got your cancellation/modification request we will confirm it via email. All refunds will be made within 14 to 21 working days of receiving the revocation notification.

SendFlowers.pk is not liable for any order where the recipient denies to accept the item and will not release refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not receive the item.
