We at “SendFlowers.pk” effort to provide a vast range of secure payment methods for the ease of our respected clients.

Currently, we have the following payment methods available.

  1. Pay Via Credit / Debit Card (For International Buyers)– Enables you to pay via your Debit/Credit card (Any Visa or MasterCard) in multiple currencies through the most protected and Advanced payment Gateway service. This service is specific for those customers who are placing orders while they are abroad. With your International card you will be charged the same of that currency as per standard bank currency rates. They need to authorize the transaction from the bank by calling them if requires.
  2. Pay Via Credit/Debit Card (For Local Buyers)– This payment gateway also enables you to pay via your Debit/Credit card (Any Visa or MasterCard) in multiple currencies through the most protected and Advanced payment Gateway service by Bank Alfalah. Local customers can also use above mentioned service if they want to.
  3. Payment via Cash On Delivery– Currently we do not offer cash on delivery.
  4. Bank transfers via 1Link –This payment method enables you to pay by transferring funds to our bank account directly from your bank. This payment method also provided by the Bank Alfalah.
  5. Money Gram/Western Union –You can select to pay by Money Gram, Western Union or any other instant money transfer service if you are ordering from outside of Pakistan and are unable to pay via a debit/credit card. Once you have placed your order by selecting this option, after placing an order you will get the bank details along with the IBAN account number so you can directly pay into our account or the amount to collect from the western union outlet in Pakistan.
  6. Cash Collection from Sender – Sending as a gift but unable to pay via a credit/debit card, bank transfer etc. If you reside in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad or Rawalpindi you can select this option and one of our collection representatives will pick up the cash from your office/home.
    Please note that there is an extra fee of PKR 300 for this option.

FOR CUSTOMERS ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE PAKISTAN

The best methods for customers ordering from outside Pakistan are options 1 i.e. Any Visa/MasterCard or Option 5 i.e. MoneyGram/Western Union or any other instant money transfer service like Xpress Money, TransferWise, Xoom (a PayPal Service), UAE Xchange etc.

However, if you have a Pakistan-based bank account and have access to internet banking you can select the option “Direct bank transfer” and transfer funds into our bank account as well.

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

SendFlowers.pk is not charging any shipping charges or delivery charges if your order is more than 1499 PKR.
If your order is below 1499 there are some delivery charges that varies as per zip code.
Flat shipping charges or delivery charges are 199PKR on all orders below 1499PKR.

How long will delivery take?

While placing the order, at the end of the checkout form, there is a delivery calendar, where the customer can select the time slot. Our team delivers the order at that time exactly or in between the selected time slots. We have achieved 98.99% on-time delivery achievement but if there are some constraints or any emergency, SendFlowers.pk team inform the client and will deliver AEAP.

What exactly happens after ordering?

As you orders, you will get the order details email but your order status is on Hold, once we get the payment confirmation, you will get another email that your order has been processed and our team will start working on making your order.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Customer needs to make an account before placing the order. Once account created, you can view your all invoices in your Account > under the orders tab. Just click on the invoice # and invoice will pop-up.

How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

Just put a note at the end for the checkout or call to our support team or inform about your query on live chat and we’ll add gift receipt to your order.

How long do I have to return an order?

For Flowers order, the customer must inform ur before 24 hours of delivery, for customization cake or all cake orders, please inform us prior 72 hours. Your order will be cancelled and you will be returned the 88% amount as 12% amount is being deducted by payment gateway.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How is the recipient reimbursed?

The customer can only be reimbursed if he/she cancels the flowers order 24 hours before delivery. In case of Customize cake order, please inform us before 72 hours otherwise the cake order will not be cancelled and the customer won’t be reimbursed. Check our Terms & Condition Page.

Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?

No, you can’t be reimbursed through the original payment method. Customer needs to inform us the Local bank account number and our Payment team will clear the cancelled order payment within 22 working days. 12% amount will be deducted from the order amount as this is being deducted by the payment gateway, not by SendFlowers.pk.

How can I return an item?

All orders processed as we get the payment confirmation. Once an order has been processed, there is no policy that customer can return the item. Check our Terms & Condition Page.
